Spooky's old account was hacked, but I assume he now has the access back, and as for this file getting banned, workupload (and other file uploading websites like mediafire and others) use automatic virus scans to ban files, which can be inaccurate and is pretty much guaranteed to false flag with injectable cheats like Dream.
