First, you can use XenForo 2.2.8/MyBB
You will need:

A Database
Forum Installer
SSL Cert
DDOS Protection


1. Sign up on freenom
2. Sign up on InfinityFree
3. Put infinityfree nameservers onto your domain from freenom
4. Once you done that, i recommend to wait cause it will be long
5. Once infinityfree takes nameservers, Login inside your website's Control Panel
6. Recommending you to download FileZilla cuz it's faster then cPanel
7. Now you can get XenForo from vacban and you can get MyBB by searching on google
8. Put the forum files inside your website's file provider
9. When you go to your website, there will pop up some installation shit

For installation:

Database Name
Database Username
Database Host
Database Password

Once you finished adding the shit, Proceed to installing.
Once you installed XenForo or other shit, Search for forum.
You can add there categories like: Information, General and other shit
In your categories just add a forum


Reason Why You Should Use 000webhost:

Their database is easily breachable
They are moneygrabbers
Slow servers/not operating
Cannot take XenForo with itself
