Client Jigsaw 1.8.8/1.12.2 SRC Compliled jars

Can somebody compile the source code from Jigsaw 1.8.8 SRC and Jigsaw 1.12.2 SRC into a runnable jar?

Why? The public versions of Jigsaw are releases while the one in the SRC is a dev build.
