Upon execution it drops a suspicious file named svchost.exe (imitating system process) into a temporary directory. The files has been flagged by more than 10 anti-virus software. I am assuming this is completely fake and is infected. Do not download or run this outside of a virtual machine.
In conclusion, I can say that this is a really bad attempt at infecting your computer. The malware is not crypted and easily detected.
