Client Glow Effect

Hello,

I have a question. I have in many clients like Tenacity already seen a glow in the scoreboard or in the arraylist and I would like to make this but do not know how. Can someone help me?

you have to make a copy of the rectangles placed just behind them and use a Bloom Shader

You have to write a bloom shader with opengl, and then do dome stencil magic or some shit. Never done it before but that would be the first thing to try
