i need help with this ip ban

so i got ip banned on some minecraft server and reseted my router shit didnt work i connected to a diffrent wifi i never used before and this didnt worked too i dont think i got hwid banned because i connected with my mobile wifi and it works they somehow banned all the wifi on my locations i guess or something else but changing my ip wont work how can i bypass that i tried express vpn it works like it doesnt bypass anti vpn but i can log to login screen so is there any vpn that can bypass that or is there another way to do it ?

if you dont have a dynamic ip, i.e. you cant reset your router to get a new ip, you will have to use a vpn to keep playing. hwid bans are not a thing in minecraft. try something like pia vpn or mysterium, they usualy work on alot of the antivpns. also, you posted this in the csgo category, not the minecraft category
